If you were a participating institution you can access your complimentary copy through My NACUBO by following the instructions below:

  1. Click My NACUBO
  2. Use your institutional e-mail address and NACUBO membership password to log in
  3. On the next page, select NACUBO Research Studies link from the menu
  4. Click Access Online Research link
  5. Select 2019 Student Financial Services Benchmarking Report from the list. You can also download and print a copy of the full report from this page.

If your institution did not participate in the study, the report is available for purchase.
