Judy Molnar
Judy Molnar is a results-oriented technology leader focused on helping organizations navigate through the rapidly changing technology landscape. She has over 25 years of technical experience in diverse organizations (Electric Utility, Transportation, Banking, Higher Education) in various information technology disciplines. She has worked in or managed all functional areas of Information Technology including project management, applications development, business analysis, infrastructure and network systems and security. Molnar’s expertise includes strategic planning, process improvement analysis, service delivery and relationship building.
Molnar spent the last half of her career in higher education in large and small institutions both private and public. She most recently served as the Associate Vice President/CIO at Austin Peay State University (APSU). While there, she instituted a process improvement framework to enable efficiencies across the university and also oversaw the creation of an information security practice. Prior to APSU, she served as Executive Director of Solutions Delivery and Executive Director of Infrastructure and Technology Support at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Molnar started her career in higher education at Kent State University where she served as Director, Infrastructure and Engineering, Director, Administrative Computing and Project Director.
Molnar holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Akron and received a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Kent State University. She is a current member of the Project Management Institute and serves on the Austin Peay State University Information Technology Advisory Board.
