Hilton Miami
The Institute for Student Services Professionals (ISSP) will host this workshop October 27–29, 2019 at the Hilton Miami Downtown along with our institutional host Florida International University. Planned by experienced student services professionals, the program is targeted for institutions at various stages of integrating student services. Whether you are exploring possibilities, in the midst of change, or seeking continuous improvement, this program will address your needs.
 
Sessions will address topics such as strategic planning, managing change, teambuilding, planning for improvement, staff development and training, and customer service. Networking opportunities provide participants time to learn firsthand information from others on best practices and lessons learned. Participants will have the opportunity to tour Florida International University's OneStop Enrollment Services and learn more from various perspectives, including members of the management team, front-line staff, and students. The workshop will also address such topics as physical, organizational, and virtual integrations so you can construct a model that best meets your institutional and student needs.
