Campus Efficiency Posters - Bring One to Annual Meeting!
Great posters from other campuses that highlight their success, energy and operational savings from four Annual Meetings. These posters are important to use internally at your campus and externally to share your success. Check out campuses or the issues that they cover. Some are very general and others have great financial specifics.
These posters are great bragging points for your campus, can serve as recruitment to your institution and will help "tell your story" about your success. Consider bringing one to the 2019 Annual Meeting in Austin, Texas, and get the "speakers discount". Note: cannot receive discount if already registered for Annual Meeting.

Key Facilities Metrics Survey for 2016-17 Results are in.
For median and trend results see Key Facilities Metrics survey page.
Campus leadership can recite pertinent campus facts such as cost of tuition, types of academic programs, number of students, etc. Leadership should also know basic facilities data to improve strategic planning such as BTU, electrical, and water consumption, as well as waste output, and carbon footprint. This survey is open to all in higher education - you do not need to be an APPA or NACUBO member. This is a benefit to all.
Check out our brochure from the 2015-2016 survey results. There are three years of data, and each year more campuses join.
If your campus filled out the 2016-17 survey, go to the APPA website and results and ratios can be reviewed many ways; by square feet, by student count, by region, and by institution.
Plan to have your campus fill out the survey for 2017-18 when it opens in August and closes December 17, 2018.
Contact Sally Grans Korsh at firstname.lastname@example.org or 202-861-2571 for a copy of the survey or review if your campus participated in previous years.
