The first infographic demonstrates that students and their families are increasingly using electronic payment channels to pay their tuition, fees, and other institutional charges. In addition, institutions have increasingly moved toward using electronic options for distributing refunds to students.

 

 

The second Infographic shows the increase in the number of full-time equivalent (FTE) students per FTE SFS staff member, years of employment for staff in SFS offices, and recent declines in SFS operating budgets per FTE student.
