CPE Sponsors

NACUBO is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website, nasbaregistry.org.

How to Earn Credit

For Online Programs

  • Register as an individual
  • Access the session through your online learning classroom
  • Attend the entire session
  • Click the checkpoint windows that will pop up throughout the session
  • Answer the post-session survey questions
  • Download your certificate

For In-Person Programs

  • Check in to each session using the program app
    • You must check in within 10 minutes of the beginning of each session
    • You'll receive information about the app in your know-before-you-go email and it will be available at registration and on rotating slides in each session room
  • Respond to polls if the session has them
  • Check out of the session within 5 minutes of the session ending
  • Complete the post-session survey in the app
  • Our team will review your attendance data and prepare certificates for any sessions where you hit all of the above marks
    • You'll receive an email 4–6 weeks after the program with how to retrieve your certificates

NOTE: CPE credit is not available for ON-DEMAND Webcasts.
