Natalie Sisto Means is a leader in Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting business. She is a mission-inspired and results-driven leader with over a decade of strategy, management and digital consulting experience. She serves higher education, health, nonprofit and government organizations, with an emphasis on strategy development, organizational design, and talent management. In addition, she has worked with Fortune 100 companies in retail, insurance, banking, healthcare and communications to develop talent strategies and partnerships with higher education institutions. Natalie is currently responsible for delivering Strategy & Consulting services to clients in the Midwest region. She leads Accenture’s Corporate Citizenship engagement in Columbus, Ohio. Natalie serves as a Trustee on the Board of Alvis and on the Community Board of COSI. Natalie received a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (Culture and Politics) from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. Natalie presents on the topics of: talent analytics, nonprofit strategy development and equity/inclusion in the workplace.
