Nikki Kraus, CFA is the Managing Director, Global Head of Client Development of Strategic Investment Group. She oversees the development of client relationships; drives the firm’s marketing strategy and serves on the firm’s Management Committee. She has more than two decades of experience in the Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO) industry.
Presently, she is working on a rewrite of the Association of Governing Board’s (AGB’s) book, “Endowment Management: A Practical Guide”. She has worked closely with NACUBO for nearly a decade, speaking at a number of their events on endowment best practices. Nikki has extensive experience working with college and university endowments and is often asked to provide insights on best practices for college and university Investment Committees.
Prior to joining Strategic, she served as Director of the Institutional Practice at Hirtle, Callaghan & Co., where she attracted and serviced a broad range of institutional clients and was responsible for developing best practices for how institutional clients should be served. Before that, she held various positions at SEI working with OCIO clients.
Nikki holds a B.A. in English and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame. She is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
