Terri Dautcher brings 20-plus years of operational and financial leadership to NACUBO Consulting, including experience in service-sector organizations and 8 years as a full-time faculty member. Terriā€™s areas of specialization include budget and planning, strategic planning, revenue growth, change management, and new program development.

At Plymouth State, Dautcher was a faculty leader, chairing a range of faculty governance committees and serving as faculty speaker. Within the College of Business, where she taught courses in marketing and entrepreneurship, she played a material role in the development of new majors, updated course content, and redesigned advising models to better prepare students for success following graduation. Terri also led numerous operational and strategic planning retreats for functional divisions and served as the interim director of graduate business programs.

Her corporate background includes experience in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Dautcher has managed and coached senior executives, and has extensive experience developing and overseeing the implementation of margin driven B2B and B2C strategic and operational plans.

Dautcher as a BA from Dickinson College, and an MBA from Temple University. She has also completed extensive graduate course work in organizational dynamics, systems thinking, and risk management.
