ISAs are contracts between an entity and student, where the student is provided money upfront for their education in exchange for a percentage of their future income to be paid to the entity over a specified time. Earlier this year, the Department of Education announced that ISAs should be treated as private student loans.

The American College Health Association (ACHA) has shared guidance for colleges and universities welcoming back students for the fall 2022 semester. The document covers considerations for higher education leaders related to vaccinations, masking, and more.  The guidance can be modified to aid a variety of institutions.
