Oral arguments are set for December 6 before the U.S. Supreme Court in a case against Northwestern University related to 403(b) retirement plan fiduciary duties. New OSHA Rules Require Employees to be Vaccinated by January 4, 2022
On December 20, following a previous judicial halt, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit has reinstated the ETS requirement for large employers. OSHA officials will exercise some compliance discretion as employers work to come into compliance with the mandate.
