The vast majority of colleges and universities would benefit from a comprehensive review of their resource deployment. The goals of such a review are to examine all institutional investments to determine whether, and how much, activities are contributing to institutional success.
This webcast will provide the rationale for such a process and a roadmap for undertaking the journey.
