We think every island paradise should have three things: sun, sand-and tons of palm trees.
Good news: at Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando Resort you'll find all three, plus so much more. This is your chance to enjoy a South Seas vacation without sailing halfway around the globe. Feel the excitement of a time when adventurous travelers first island-hopped the South Pacific. Since we're located on the grounds of Universal Orlando, and all guests receive exclusive theme-park benefits, the thrills couldn't be any closer. After hours of excitement, come back to explore our lagoon and sandy-white beach. Sip a mai tai in our Orchid Court Lounge and enjoy its imperial-style elephants. Or take the time to savor our colorful Balinese umbrellas, called tedung; a symbol of protection and date back to the 13th century. Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando-where a tropical paradise meets an oasis of fun.

Campus Tour

Sunday, November 10, 11:30 am – 2:30 pm Tour of University of Central Florida

Come early on Sunday and for an exclusive tour of University of Central Florida (UCF). A coach bus will leave promptly at 11:30 am from the lobby of the Loews Royal Pacific Resort for a 25-minute trip to the Student Union on campus. There you will tour the campus and learn how the campus has grown from its first graduating class of 423 in 1970 to being the largest university in Florida, serving more than 68,000 students in its 13 colleges and more than 220 degree programs. On the tour, you will learn about how the campus was designed in concentric circles and how it accommodates significant building growth to accommodate additional people and programs. The walking tour will start at the Student Union, with its lush natural surroundings, and will be followed by stops at other buildings and a presentation. The bus will then take the group to tour the impressive five sports facilities and hear about their financing.

There is no charge for the tour. However, if you sign up on the registration page and do not attend, you will be assessed a “no show” fee of $35. Walking shoes and casual dress are encouraged.
