This webcast will introduce the Intentional Endowments Network and will explore how colleges and universities are achieving their risk and return objectives in their endowment portfolios while better aligning those portfolios with their institutions’ missions. The presenters will also clarify the sometimes-confusing language about the means for engaging in beneficial long-term investing.

Each campus investment professional will describe the process on their specific campuses, from defining what alignment means for their institutions through dialogue with stakeholders, to formalizing objectives and processes in an Investment Policy Statement to making asset allocation and investment decisions. You'll also learn about the benefits of including environmental, social and governance factors (ESG) in investment risk analysis, and exploring investment opportunities that have a positive environmental and social impact.
