Future Business Officers Program
Offered as a pre-conference workshop prior to the start of the NACUBO Annual Meeting, the Future Business Officers Program is designed for business office staff members to explore the leadership skills and organizational perspectives necessary to advance in their careers. Participants gain an understanding of the complex responsibilities of the chief business officer role and begin to develop a personal plan of action in preparation for a move to the next career level.
