NACUBO will hold three Main Stage events at the annual meeting, one each day Sunday–Tuesday. Each day’s exclusive sponsor receives high visibility benefits, such as their corporate logo on the huge Main Stage screen, extensive signage in the hall, and the option to introduce that day’s main stage speaker. Other high-impact recognition opportunities, such as a book signing and/or a VIP function, may become available, as well as the opportunity to meet the speaker backstage prior to the session.

The NACUBO fitness activities allow attendees to network and engage in physical activity in a fun way during the annual meeting. The exclusive sponsor will receive prominent brand recognition, an opportunity to participate along with company representatives, and more at each NACUBO Fitness event, which may include golf, fun run/5k, yoga, and exercise classes.
The New Business Officers Program (NBO) is designed to provide resources, information, and guidance to those new to the chief business officer role within a higher education setting. In an intensive, two-day workshop, participants will examine the complexities of the role and learn from experienced business officers, presidents, and other higher ed experts. The exclusive supporter will be able to make brief comments during the opening session and reception and send two representatives to attend all NBO events.

NACUBO is providing free Wi-Fi to all attendees within the conference center sessions and common areas. As the exclusive Wi-Fi provider during the four-day event, your company name or product name can be assigned as the Wi-Fi password that each attendee enters each time they log into the network.

NACUBO will offer live streaming of select sessions each day of the conference. Online participants can ask experts questions, download presentations and slides, earn continuing education credits, and more. As the exclusive sponsor, your company’s logo will be prominently displayed on the platform and acknowledged in marketing communication. Sponsor will also receive a dedicated resources tab to share company information and key contacts. To increase your exposure, you will receive one partner webcast that highlights your company’s solutions that are relevant to our members. Your company will develop the program content for the partner webcast and manage speaker selection; NACUBO will market and host the event on our webcast platform on a mutually agreeable date after the annual meeting.
NACUBO will launch the annual meeting with an opening event on Saturday evening featuring entertainment, food, drinks, and networking. Together with higher education experts from institutions and organizations across the country, NACUBO’s Policy and Research team will record in-person episodes of the ever-popular NACUBO in Brief podcast right outside the exhibit hall in a custom designed recording booth. NACUBO will offer an opportunity for attendees to have a professional headshot taken by an experienced photographer. The process begins with an official makeup artist (optional) and ends with a digital copy of the attendee’s best photo emailed to them so that it can be printed or posted online. Located in the Expo, attendees can get a keepsake caricature that will remind them of their great memories made at the NACUBO 2022 Annual Meeting in Denver. Conference attendees have a chance to win a prize, provided by NACUBO, during the two days of the Expo. The NACUBO prize drawings are held at the sponsor’s booth at several predetermined times during the Expo hours. The annual community service event has become a rewarding enhancement to the annual meeting experience. Business officers and business partners will work in conjunction with a local community nonprofit organization to help give back to the host city.
