Overview
There is a clear need for the development of a model and process for regional publics to utilize when seeking ways to sustain a stable (or better yet, thriving) operating environment. Baker Tilly and NACUBO partnered with a group of senior institutional leaders (Presidents, CBOs/CFOs, CAOs and system executives) to develop a framework for implementation. This session will review the deliverables created that include easily applied tools, with data commonly available, that help institutions understand the institution’s current state, practical assessments of current state, ways to measure progress to achieve the desired operating state, and a guide that includes steps that move an institution toward a transformed (or revised) mode of operating.
