A primary responsibility of the CBO is to guide the institution in funding core operations while targeting the use of financial and non-financial resources to move the institution forward – and the board plays a role in affirming long-term financial goals. This session will explore ways to ensure leaders and board members are strategically using data, analyzing trends, applying alternative strategies and supporting an institution’s leaders to successfully achieve their strategic priorities while also fulfilling board responsibilities.
