Overview

Institutions of higher learning are facing myriad challenges in addressing the demands of our rapidly changing workforce. In a 2022 survey from the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR), the most common reason workers gave for seeking new employment was the prospect of higher pay, followed by an opportunity to work remotely and have more flexible work hours. Furthermore, declining enrollment presents new questions about the state of tomorrow’s workforce.

Join us for a deep dive into current higher education workforce issues and trends. Panelists will offer tangible solutions to help campus administrators attract quality talent and enhance the employee experience.

Kelly Education, the nation’s largest provider of education workforce solutions, has been trusted to meet the unique needs of its partners for over 25 years. Kelly Education Vice President & Higher Education Practice Leader Dr. Michael Plater will be joined by Amy Bouque, Chief People Officer at Kelly, and Dr. Jeremy Van Kley, Higher Education Sales Consultant. Between them, they have over 46 years of combined experience in human resources and higher education.
