Diversity and Inclusion

This session will encourage participants to reflect on their understanding of what it means to center diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in higher education—thinking about how to align espoused values of DEI with one’s practice. In particular, participants will be encouraged to think about their own identities/experiences, potential structural barriers that may exist within their contexts, and how they can address these challenges. Attendees will leave with tangible strategies that they can implement within their own workspaces.
