The Department of Education (ED) is administering all Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund allocations (HEERF I, II, and III) as the “HEERF Programs.”
 
During this free-for-members webcast, panelists will review general rules, focusing on allowable uses of funds and common accounting and reporting questions. They’ll delve into topics such as—
  • Eligible expenses
  • Indirect costs
  • Lost revenue estimates (including paying student account balances), related documentation, and entries
  • Revenue recognition
  • Possible timing differences between GAAP and cash draws from G5
  • Reporting (FASB, GASB, SEFA, ED)
