This webcast continues the two-part series, ROI: Making Your University More Efficient AND Effective. With the COVID-19 crisis, universities are working overtime to find opportunities for efficiencies given the anticipated dramatic decreases in revenues next year. The key challenge many colleges and universities are facing remains how to increase efficiency in a time of decreasing resources, without sacrificing quality.
The first webcast investigates Return on Investment (ROI) at the university level by offering several examples of success, and this webcast will drill down further into ROI by examining the concept at lower levels in the organization, such as administrative spend areas of IT, HR, and academic programming (schools and majors). Three campus experts who have found ways to address this topic and lead their universities to success in ROI will share concrete examples for ways to improve ROI on campus.
The panel will also cover immediate steps business officers can take to find efficiencies and cost savings on their campus, even in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. They’ll share the latest thinking on navigating the financial challenges of the coronavirus crisis, including approaches and insights from their respective campuses on issues like estimating the financial impact, changing strategies, and communicating across campus and at the system level.
Join us for this presentation of concrete examples for ways to improve ROI on campus and leave with some ideas you can consider for your own institution.
Note: This session is being recorded; the recording will be available to all registrants 1-2 weeks after the broadcast and will remain available for one year after the air date.
