Technology Abstract

For the last five years, California College of the Arts (CCA) has worked on delivering a more modern experience for students and staff by moving to advanced, cloud-based technology. It turns out, the school’s planning and investment gave it the flexibility and tools needed to better manage pandemic-related changes.

 

In this session, the panel will review CCA’s first academic year after implementing these changes. They will share quick wins from the transition, how technology is helping students and administrators better manage student accounts, and why online payment options are critical. They’ll also highlight CCA’s journey to cloud-based solutions and how planning, implementation, and investment positioned them to respond, adapt, and prepare for the future…even if it looks a little different.
