This webcast will describe the journey towards data-informed decision making, including key success factors, risks, and lessons learned (often the hard way) in over 30 years of work in analytics and higher education. The presenters will share their proven approach that uses comprehensive, integrated data analytics to select, plan, and manage academic programs.
