During this webcast, a panel of student success and policy experts will share practical insights for assessing the value and garnering support for effective student success initiatives. They’ll address the role of policy, institutional culture and structure, and financial modeling with candid discussion about how to adapt strategies and best practices at resource rich and resource starved institutions alike.
 
The panel will share an in-depth example of financial modeling and continuous improvement at Ivy Tech Community College –and also cover examples from other types of institutions across the country. Special attention will also be paid to public institutions operating with various types of state-based performance funding regimes.  
 
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the political, institutional, and individual considerations for measuring and communicating the ROI of student initiatives. Attendees will better understand what’s working to drive long-term student, institutional, and state objectives—and leave with implementation strategies.
