Student Financial Services Conference 2008 -- Exhibits Info

We’re pleased to give you some information about exhibiting at the sixth annual Student Financial Services Conference. This event will be held March 2-4, 2008 at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside in New Orleans, LA. Visit our professional development page for more information about the audience, program, and faculty.
Participating in the Student Financial Services Conference allows companies to get their products and services in front of people who make decisions about administrative software, collection services, and student aid. You’ll find the sponsors and exhibitors from 2007 listed here. We anticipate no more than 30 firms will exhibit.
The exhibit hall will open during non-program time, so that attendees AND corporate attendees don’t miss any of the valuable sessions. There will be many social activities scheduled for the exhibit hall. We’ll give you the schedule as information becomes available.

Additional registrant fee

Exhibit fees include the following:
- a reserved space in the exhibit hall for a tabletop display
- name on signage in the exhibit area
- company listing with description and contact info in the participant notebook
- one table, wastebasket, and electrical hookup
Sponsors will have the first choice of exhibit space, followed by remaining exhibitors in the order in which we receive signed application forms.
