Sponsorship Opportunities
NACUBO's sixth annual Student Financial Services Conference is the premier and most comprehensive event covering issues related to student financial services. More than 15 concurrent sessions will be offered, addressing all aspects of integrating services, providing leading-edge customer service to students, managing people and processes, utilizing the latest technology, and improving your financial results.
NACUBO anticipates 350 attendees at this conference. This is an excellent opportunity for companies that provide collection services, information technology, financial aid, and consulting services to reach a receptive audience of higher education decision-makers.
All sponsors will be recognized on the following:
- Promotional materials (subject to the timing of distribution)
- On the web page for this event
- In the attendee notebooks
- On-site signage in registration area

In addition, sponsors receive:
- Advance list of attendees one month prior to the event
- Company name and description in corporate partner section of attendee notebook
Lead Sponsorship: Tuition Management Systems
The lead sponsor receives the most prominent recognition throughout the event--all sponsor signage will acknowledge this contribution. A complimentary display table in the exhibit hall is included, with first preference on location. NACUBO also provides three complimentary registrations. This sponsor can supply corporate literature, subject to NACUBO’s approval, to be included in the conference tote bag.
Three concurrent tracks $5,000 each
Concurrent sessions will be separated into three thematic tracks:
- Track #1, Sponsored by Higher One
- Track #2, Sponsored by American Express Global Merchant Services
A sponsor of a track receives recognition in signage at the entranceway to the sponsored track. A half-price display table in the exhibit hall comes with this sponsorship, along with two complimentary registrations.

All breakfasts (2) and all breaks (4): Available for $5,000
