• Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED™ ): A self-assessing system designed for rating new and existing commercial, institutional, and high-rise residential buildings.
• National Association of Energy Service Companies (NAESCO): An ESCO, or Energy Service Company, is a business that develops, installs, and finances projects designed to improve the energy efficiency and maintenance costs for facilities over a 7- to 10-year time period.
