The New Form 990 – Get Started Now

Register Now

Are you ready for the new Form 990? The Form 990 has undergone a major overhaul. IRS published the newly designed core form and 16 accompanying schedules late last year and is working to publish instructions for public comment in the coming weeks.

The new Form 990 requires institutions to collect and report vast amounts of new information. Join colleague Barbara Morris, director of tax and payroll services at Johns Hopkins University for a review of the 2008 Form 990 and a discussion of its many new features, including a focus on:

  • governance and management practices
  • executive compensation
  • endowments
  • international activities
  • tax-exempt bonds and
  • related organizations.

Let us help your institution’s smooth transition to the newer, bigger 990 reporting regime. Tune in on Wednesday, April 16th at 1:00pm Eastern to become familiar with the redesigned reporting system.

What You Will Learn:

  • Get familiar with the many new aspects of the recently designed Form 990
