Summary
In this document the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) continues to develop, adopt and implement a number of strategies to ensure that the numbering resources of the North American Numbering Plan (NANP) are used efficiently, and that all carriers have the numbering resources they need to compete in the rapidly expanding telecommunications marketplace.
Dates
Comments for the NPRM are due February 14, 2001 and reply comments are due March 7, 2001. Comments for the proposed information collection are due the same date as the comments on the NPRM and must be submitted by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on or before April 9, 2001.
