Overview

Announcing a new, timely workshop focused on the challenges faced by small institutions. The workshop immediately follows the 2016 Planning and Budgeting Forum.

The objective: to provide participants with the support and direction they need to effectively engage their governing boards and campus leaders to realistically evaluate the full potential of their particular institutions.

Chief business officers and assistant vice president- and controller-level staff will interact with one another and a faculty of industry experts and campus leaders around several key topics:
Communicating the financial reality
Being successful as a leader
Presenting financial information effectively
Updating their institution’s economic business model
