CODE OF CONDUCT
All Workshop and/or Forum attendees of the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) agree to comply with all rules and conditions of the meeting, including all rules in the Workshop and/or Forum program, all rules in correspondence regarding the Workshop and/or Forum, and all rules that are posted onsite at the meeting. Attendees of any meeting activity must wear the official Workshop and/or Forum name badge. Name badges are required for admission to all events. Badges are closely monitored to prevent unauthorized persons from participating in the meeting. Registration may not be used for advertising, promotions, giveaways, sweepstakes or other trade purposes without express written consent of NACUBO.
Attendees must behave responsibly at all events. Harassment, threatening physical or verbal actions and disorderly or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in removal from the meeting, denial of access to meeting facilities, and other penalties.
Workshop and/or Forum attendees voluntarily assume all risk and danger of personal injury (including death) and all hazards arising from, or related in any way to the meeting, whether occurring prior to, during, or after, howsoever caused and whether by negligence and or otherwise. Rules and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Workshop and/or attendees may not under any circumstances conduct any live or recorded audio, video or photographic activities without the express permission of the Director of Annual Meeting or Director of Meetings and Events.
Photographs, audio recordings, and videos may be taken onsite by NACUBO or its agents and employees during the meeting. By registering for this meeting, attendees grant permission to NACUBO to utilize any such photographs, audio recordings, and videos taken onsite, including the attendee's name, image, likeness, voice, statements, and surroundings (including exhibitor booths), for commercial or promotional purposes, in any medium or context now known or later developed, without further authorization. Attendee shall have no right of approval, no claim to compensation, and no other claim arising out of such use of the attendee's name, likeness, image, voice, statements, and/or surroundings.

State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
