Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: Requests for cancellation of registration must be made in writing, either by fax to 202.296.1592 or by e-mail to pdreg@nacubo.org. Full refund of the registration fee will be made for cancellations received more than four weeks prior to the beginning of the program. For cancellations received six days to 28 days prior to the program start, refunds will equal the registration fee minus a $50 administrative fee. Due to financial obligations incurred by NACUBO, no refunds will be issued for cancellations received within five business days of the program start, but registrants will be eligible to receive program materials upon request.

REFUNDS: Refunds for programs are rare and processed on a case-by-case basis. All sales are final for live webcasts and podcasts.
