2017 Integrating Student Services: Understanding and Exceeding Student Expectations

Overview

The Institute for Student Services Professionals (ISSP) will host this workshop October 8 – 10, 2017 at Salem State University. Planned by experienced student services professionals, the program is targeted for institutions at various stages of integrating student services.
 
If you are looking for innovative ways to meet customer service expectations, and/or desire to improve your current One Stop model, this is the conference to attend, where you will work closely with the faculty and network with colleagues.
 
Hear the latest from higher education experts, along with several case studies, from institutions that have developed and experienced how integrated student service models have created successful environments for students and staff. Participants will have the opportunity to visit Salem State University’s Student Navigation Center, an innovative, student-oriented office designed to be a one-stop solution center to help improve the business of being a student.
 
This conference is presented by ISSP, a collaborative endeavor of six higher education professionals from Belmont University, Pepperdine University, Temple University, the University of Minnesota, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Washington, in alliance with the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO).
