Recorded on Thursday, January 12, 2017 1:00PM ET

Overview

This webcast was originally scheduled for September 29th.  If you already registered for the original date, then you are all set for the webcast on January 12th. Email Nancy Maguire with questions.

During this webcast, a panel of student success and policy experts will share practical insights for assessing the value and garnering support for effective student success initiatives. They’ll address the role of policy, institutional culture and structure, and financial modeling with candid discussion about how to adapt strategies and best practices at resource rich and resource starved institutions alike.

The panel will share an in-depth example of financial modeling and continuous improvement at Ivy Tech Community College –and also cover examples from other types of institutions across the country. Special attention will also be paid to public institutions operating with various types of state-based performance funding regimes.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the political, institutional, and individual considerations for measuring and communicating the ROI of student initiatives.
