OD: Responsibility Center Management: Two Different Perspectives

Overview

Institutions face a myriad of resource challenges in today’s economic climate. As a result, colleges and  universities are revisiting how they structure their budgets and many have implemented a Responsibility Center Management (RCM) model. Because RCM is not always optimal, this webcast presents case studies of two different institutions’ experiences with implementing RCM. Participants will gain a stronger understanding about the truths and myths of RCM, and learn about the key factors that need to be addressed in undertaking a successful transition to RCM.
