OD: The Paradigm Shift in 403b – What CBOs Have to Know

Recorded on: Wednesday, February 22, 2012 1:30 PM ET

Overview

Hear from three Universities about challenges they face in the new retirement plan landscape and how they are addressing them.  Assembled to discuss this topic are plan sponsors from private and public universities with plans ranging in size from the mid to mega market.

Through the course of the discussion these three plan sponsors will share their unique approaches to the issue and the conclusions drawn from their different paths.  You will hear why and how they are doing this, what changes they have made along the way, where they are in the process and what, if anything, they would do differently.  Finally, hear the advice they have for others who may be required to make changes and to those considering undertaking change as a matter of best practice.

Additionally, you will hear from a panel of industry experts with extensive experience in retirement plan design, participant education, and retirement plan management.  The panel will discuss specific strategies used to enhance your standing as plan sponsor, insulate your position as plan fiduciary and improve the experience of your participants.
