Last month OMB released the annual Compliance Supplement to Circular A-133 – which provides detailed guidance for auditors on conducting single audits. Appendix VII of the Compliance Supplement provides guidance on (1) ARRA; (2) granting extensions; (3) low-risk auditee criteria; (4) safe harbor for Type A program determination; and (5) common audit deficiencies .
