- A New Construct for Liquidity and Debt Management: discussed metrics to assess institutional risk capacity and provided a framework for measuring liquidity..
- Strategic Budgeting and Resource Allocation in Financial Planning: focuses on linkages between operating and capital budgeting processes and institutional strategy
