Overview
Recent regulations impose several new requirements on employer sponsors of 403(b) plans. Under the new rules, plan sponsors must maintain written plan documents and may need to perform more comprehensive nondiscrimination testing. In addition, 403(b) plans may be subject to an audit and Form 5500 filing requirements.
