Study abroad is the most common and longest tenured form of international activity in higher education, yet even the most experienced schools don’t realize the potential compliance risks associated with them. This webcast will discuss the most common pitfalls with planning and conducting study abroad programs, and what role the business officer can play in minimizing risks.After attending this webcast, you’ll be better able to evaluate collaborative arrangements with universities and organizations abroad, identify specific risks to address when planning study abroad, and understand when study abroad programs can become a legal or compliance risk to the university.
 

In this webcast, the sixth in the series following the roll-out of the International Resource Center, we’ll explore the compliance challenges of offering study abroad programs overseas.
