OD: Asking the Right Questions and Monitoring Strategic Plans at the Board Level

Recorded on Thursday, March 14, 2013 1:00 PM ET

The role of the governing board has never been more important, while the challenge of preserving the university’s brand, reputation, and financial resources has never been more difficult. What questions are being asked about your college or university’s brand, financial resources, intellectual capital and academic outcomes, among others? What strategies are necessary to navigate successfully through this rapidly changing environment? What methods have proved beneficial in engaging stakeholders?
As opportunities emerge, what must the board and university do to optimize the opportunity? This webcast is designed to gain insights from experienced professionals with a mixture of private and public university experience on successes and pitfalls they have experienced in dealing with these challenges.
