Overview

NACUBO is pleased to offer a on-demand recordings of the 2016 workshop, Big Opportunities for Small Institutions. The timely workshop focused on the challenges faced by small institutions. The objective is for participants to receive the support and direction they need to effectively engage their governing boards and campus leaders to realistically evaluate the full potential of their particular institutions. 
 
Chief business officers and assistant vice president- and controller-level staff will interact with one another and a faculty of industry experts and campus leaders around several key topics:
