Session Overview:

Communication between the Chief Business Officer and the Board of Trustees is one of the most critical information channels in an institution. Without effective and productive two-way communication, an institution puts itself in jeopardy. This session will analyze the kind of information your board wants and the kind of information your board needs, along with effective delivery methods and timing. Presented by a team including a board member and finance officers, this session will provide practical advice about the type of information required for productive discussions and effective decision-making.
