February 1, 2016

The series, supported by TIAA-CREF, includes five premier NACUBO programs:

Young's presentation, "The Power of Small," will delve into how unconscious messages can accumulate to form a biased or negative culture. His discussion will help attendees identify the repeated behaviors that devalue, discourage, and impair workplace performance and business relationships. Formerly senior vice president and chief diversity officer for JPMorgan Chase, Young is the founder and senior partner of Insight Education Systems, a management consulting firm. In addition to writing numerous articles for business publications, he is the author of Micromessaging: Why Great Leadership is Beyond Words (November 2006, McGraw-Hill Education).
