EPA Extends SPCC Deadlines

The Environmental Protection Agency published a final rule in the Federal Register last month extending the dates by which facilities must prepare or amend--and implement--Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans. This extends the SPCC compliance dates for all facilities, including mobile facilities, until October 31, 2007.
