The Campus Expo
The exhibit hall featured the products and services of a record number of exhibitors: 215 companies involved in industries such as accounting, architecture, bookstores, campus housing, facilities management, finance, food services, and technology. Each day huge crowds gathered around the Visa booth for the chance to win a gift at the official prize drawing. Weary attendees could stop by the Relaxation Station, sponsored by Higher One, for an executive massage.
New in 2012, Expo visitors were able to compete with their colleagues in the NACUCO Golf Challenge, which awarded Nooks, provided by Barnes & Noble College, to the longest drive of the day by both male and female.
Corporate Showcase Sessions
The program included seven Corporate Showcases on topics such as student finance, investments, and technology. Attendees could choose from presentations prepared by Citi Global Transactions, Crowe Horwath LLP, Edge Capital Partners LLC, Ellucian, Prime Buchholz, TIAA-CREF, and Tuition Management Systems.
