2009 Annual Meeting Service Project
The NACUBO Community Service Project was held on Saturday morning, June 27 from early morning until mid-afternoon. Developed in partnership with TIAA-CREF with additional assistance from Aramark Higher Education, E&I Cooperative Purchasing, and Global, business officers gathered to make friends while addressing a worthwhile community need. Volunteers worked in teams on projects like painting and furniture assembly at two locations.
Agency Description: The Jackson Mann K-8 School promises to provide the most positive and caring school environment possible so that our teachers can teach and our students can fulfill their potential for academic and personal growth. The school focuses on literacy, mathematics and closing the achievement gap. Support for students is provided through specialized tutoring and small group work from Boston College and Boston University interns. >> Visit the school website
St. Columbkille Partnership School is a Catholic elementary school located in the Brighton section of Boston.
